We had a lovely room with a balcony! The ocean view was amazing, especially during sunsets. The breakfast room also had a great view. The staff helped us book an incredible tour of the Amalfi Coast. Easy access to the train station was a big plus!

inaccessible elevator

The elevator was occasionally non-operational, which was quite inconvenient!!! Some rooms could use a deep clean, as certain unpleasant odors lingered. the parking situation felt a bit hazardous and could definitely be improved!!!

The view from our room was absolutely incredible, a breathtaking panorama of the Gulf of Naples! The breakfast had a good selection with fresh items. But, the bathroom cleanliness could definitely improve. 😅

Our room was a triple, and it was clean and spacious, which was great for us. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning—like a postcard of the Bay of Naples! We were close to local eateries and a market, which was super convenient. The breakfast spread kept us full all day. really impressive variety! a solid choice for families!

We had the best stay here! The staff were super friendly, especially Angela who gave us fab tips. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh pastries and great coffee. Just wish the lift was working. carrying our luggage was a workout! The bar area was cozy too, perfect for end-of-day drinks.

Stunning view, friendly staff, our room had a gorgeous view of the coast of Piano di Sorrento, and the staff arranged a very nice tour of Capri for us, which was a highlight of our trip.
